Moisten cotton pad and gently sweep above face, neck and eyes without rubbing. Repeat until eventually cotton pad arrives absent clean. No really need to rinse.This was best how ever I observed they adjusted the system and appeared it up to verify . It feels oily and greasy and my skin reacts to it by breaking out.
